Terms of Service

Venue Only: This website is a passive online venue. We act strictly as an intermediary host to allow users to advertise goods, services, jobs, and community meetups.

No Vetting: We do not pre-screen, vet, interview, verify, or background-check users, listings, business legitimacy, or the safety of any physical meetups or items for sale.

No Agency: No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship is intended or created by these Terms.

As-Is Basis: To the maximum extent permitted by Scots law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Exclusion of Damages: We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, fraud, financial theft, or property damage resulting from your use of the site or interactions with other users.

Indemnity: You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the site owners, operators, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, or legal fees arising out of your breach of these Terms, your listings, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

You retain full legal ownership and absolute liability for any content you publish. While we do not actively monitor or police casual expression, you are strictly prohibited from posting material that violates UK and Scottish criminal law, including:

• Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSEA) content — strictly reported to the National Crime Agency
• Content encouraging or assisting serious self-harm or suicide
• Material that glorifies, promotes, or instructs on acts of terrorism or extreme violence
• Stolen goods, illegal firearms, or class-A controlled substances
• Unauthorized intellectual property or copyrighted material

Peer-to-Peer Risks: All transactions, payments, employment contracts, and physical meetups are strictly between the buyer and the seller. We are not a party to any contract formed between users.

No Escrow Liability: If you choose to use our optional escrow or payment routing services, our liability is limited strictly to transferring funds according to automated commands. We do not resolve transactional disputes or issue refunds.

Personal Safety: Users are solely responsible for taking safety precautions when meeting strangers in person (e.g., meeting in public, well-lit spaces during daylight hours).

Right to Remove: To maintain our hosting defense protections under UK law, we reserve the right, at our absolute discretion and without prior notice or explanation, to remove, quarantine, or shadowban any listing or terminate any account.

No Right to Restoration: Quarantining or deleting content does not constitute an admission of fault or liability on our part. You have no contractual right to the restoration of any deleted content.

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Scots Law. Any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively before the Scottish Courts (the Sheriff Courts or the Court of Session in Edinburgh).
